Reservations made directly with us (rooms):

• A full refund is offered if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to check-in.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the equivalent of one night.

Day Pass Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the day will receive a full refund of your deposit; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

Situations beyond our control (exceptional cases):

• In exceptional cases where cancellation is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the guest or the hotel—such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, flight cancellations, or severe weather events—a refund may be issued with supporting documentation.

Complaints with cleanliness, security, or access:

• If upon arrival you experience a legitimate complaint related to cleanliness, security, or access to the property, we ask that you inform us immediately so we can resolve it immediately.

• If we cannot reasonably correct the situation and you decide not to stay, a full or partial refund may be considered, based on a fair assessment of the situation.

Additional Notes:

• All refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method.

• Refunds do not apply for changes of mind, minor interruptions, or conditions beyond the hotel's control after the guest has checked in.
